WEEKLY LIVE STREAM CLASSES
APART BUT TOGETHER
Like never before we need to be together and support each other and Yoga is an amazing way to do that. Yoga connects us and helps us to find calm and stillness when the rest of the world is spinning around.
Although my kids and pre-post natal classes are suspend (with the exception of private ones), I would like to welcome everyone to my live streamed classes via Zoom (you’ll need to download Zoom ahead of class). I am keeping the class size small - max 10 students and I hope these classes will allow us to feel together even when apart.

HATHA YOGA LEVEL 1-2

MONDAYS 6:30-7:30
This is a dynamic and nurturing class designed to get rid of stagnant energy and leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Previous yoga experience desirable.

NEW TO YOGA

THURSDAYS 12:30-13:30 pm
Heard of yoga but never tried it? It can be intimidating to walk into a yoga class for the first time. This course will give you the skills and confidence to practice safely and with ease.

You will learn key yoga poses and breathing techniques, improve your flexibility, strength and acquire the tools to relax your body and mind.
Suitable for all ages, levels of fitness and flexibility.

GENTLE YOGA

THURSDAYS 6:30-7:30 pm
This is a slow paced class, suitable to all including beginners. It is designed to relax and replenish our nervous system through gentle, mainly floor based, stretches and breathing exercises. Check what people say about this class.

YOGA FOR YOUR BACK - 5 week course -Starting on 26 February

Tuesdays 6:30 – 7:30pm

This five-week course aims to release discomfort, increase awareness, strength and mobility of the whole spine and improve posture and balance.
The practice is slow-paced and with a limited number of students.
Suitable for beginners, those who are recovering from neck/shoulder and back injuries* and anybody who would like to deepen their understanding on how practice yoga for back care.
In addition to the classes, students will receive handouts and videos for their home practice.

BEYOND CORE: 6 Week Yoga Challenge - Starting on February 23rd!

Sundays 11:00-12:15

Join me every Sunday for a 75 minute class harnessing the power of our CORE and discovering how it contributes to our physical and mental wellbeing.
Moving from the deepest layers and progressing to the top ones, we will explore how to best use and strengthen our CORE.
Expect to experience real results as these sessions will help to improve your posture and look, to feel and stronger and more grounded so that you can face the life challenges more easily and gracefully.
Suitable for beginners.

PRIVATE CLASSES

I offer private classes tailored to your needs. Classes can be 1-2-1 or shared with a friend to split the cost.
