YOGA, BREATHWORK AND SOUNDBATHS

NEST is a peaceful, warm space near Barbican, created with love and intention as a place for our community to connect, share and grow. Here, I offer a selection of yoga classes, sound baths and workshops designed to support your body, mind and heart.

Each class is intentionally small (up to 4 people) and lasts 70 minutes, giving you personal attention, space to ask questions, and the freedom to move at your own pace.

At NEST, the practices we share invite you to:

• Ease aches and support your back with mindful, breath-led guidance
• Settle your nervous system and unwind with the healing textures of sound
• Rest into stillness, where clarity and calm can gently rise

Classes and Sound Baths are 70 minutes

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class will incur the full fee

YOGA LEVEL 1-2

  • MONDAYS 6:30-7:30 pm  (in person @ NEST, 4 people max)

 

This is a dynamic and nurturing class designed to get rid of stagnant energy and leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Previous yoga experience desirable.

GENTLE YOGA

  • THURSDAYS 6:30-7:30 pm (online)

 

This is a slow paced class, suitable to all including beginners.  It is designed to relax and replenish our nervous system through gentle, mainly floor based, stretches and breathing exercises. Check what people say about this class.

YOGA FOR YOUR BACK - 5 week course

Starting on 26 February

  • Tuesdays 6:30 – 7:30pm (in person @NEST)

This five-week course aims to release discomfort, increase awareness, strength and mobility of the whole spine and improve posture and balance. 

 

The practice is slow-paced and with a limited number of students. 

Suitable for beginners, those who are recovering from neck/shoulder and back injuries* and anybody who would like to deepen their understanding on how practice yoga for back care. 

Investment: £130 (or class pack)

*If you are recovering from an injury or have a chronic condition you'll need to get green light from your doctor.

BEYOND CORE: 5 Week Yoga Challenge

Starting on March 1, 2026!

  • Sundays 11:00-12:00 am (online + in person @NEST) 

Join me  for a 60 minute class harnessing the power of our CORE and discovering how it contributes to our physical and mental wellbeing. Suitable for beginners.

 

Moving from the deepest layers and progressing to the top ones, we will explore how to best use and strengthen our CORE.

 

Expect to experience real results as these sessions will help to improve your posture and look, to feel and stronger and more grounded so that you can face the life challenges more easily and gracefully.

 

Investment: £130 (or class pack)

PRIVATE CLASSES

I offer private classes tailored to your needs. Classes can be 1-2-1 or shared with a friend to split the cost.  

Investment: £100 per hour
