NEW TO YOGA – 5 week course

Heard of yoga but never tried it? It can be intimidating to walk into a yoga class for the first time. This course will give you the skills and confidence to practice safely and with ease.
You will learn key yoga poses and breathing techniques, improve your flexibility, strength and acquire the tools to relax your body and mind.
The course is suitable for all ages, levels of fitness and flexibility.

Dates: April 22,29; May 6,13 and 20. More dates in Oct/Nov
Cost: £48 (instead of £ 60)

YOGA FOR YOUR BACK– 5 week course

Tuesdays : 6:30-7:30 pm
​
This course will help you release discomfort, increase the strength and mobility of your back and improve your posture and balance.
​
The small number of students and the slow pace of the course will guarantee individual attention.
​
The course is suitable for beginners, those who are recovering from neck/shoulder and back injuries and anybody who would like to deepen their understanding on how practice yoga for back care.
​
​Along with the recording of the classes you’ll receive a weekly handout with the description of the poses done in class so that you can practise them at your own convenience.
​
Dates: Jan 19,26; Feb 2, 9 and 16. More dates in Sept/Oct

BEYOND CORE: 6 Week Yoga Challenge

Always wanted to improve your posture and look? To feel stronger and healthier? To balance like a breeze? This course is for you!
Join me every Sunday for a 75 minute practice harnessing the power of your CORE and discovering how it contributes to our physical and mental wellbeing.
​
Expect to feel and see real results as you’ll work your core like you never did before!
​
Along with the recording of the classes you’ll receive a weekly 20-30 minutes video so that you can keep on practising at your own convenience. It is magic how a little regular practice can give you great results in a short time!

Suitable for beginners.
Dates: Feb 21,28; March 7,14, 21 and 28. More dates in June/July
Cost: £70 (instead of £90)
