Join me for a dynamic 2-hour yoga and somatic awareness workshop to improve digestion, detox, ease bloating, and enhance gut health through relaxation, yoga poses and breath-work. Suitable for beginners.

 

Whether you experience digestive discomfort or simply want to understand how to improve your digestion, you’re welcome to join! You’ll receive a take-home handout with yoga poses and tips to improve digestion, so you can continue your journey toward better digestion and detox beyond the mat. Expect to leave feeling lighter and more relaxed. 

 

Please eat a light lunch at least 90 minutes before the workshop. 

Mats and props are provided, please bring a bath towel.
